Our Story

I have been representing landlords, mainly apartment communities, for over 35 years in Florida. What began with filing evictions for one apartment community soon grew by word of mouth to over 100 apartment communities in the Orlando area, and then 700 and now my law firm represents about 1,500 apartment communities in counties all over Florida. Through the years our clients have become our friends and are like family to us. I am grateful for how our clients are the best advertisement a law firm could hope for as they encourage other property managers to use our firm for landlord/tenant legal advice and for their evictions.
